J.C. Mills
Founder & EP, Legit.Creative
From March 2020 through August 2026, J.C. led scripted and unscripted content strategy as President and Head of Content for Cineflix Productions, a global film and television studio with offices in New York, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and London.
During that time, economic shifts pushed creators to find different revenue streams to maintain production values. Leveraging deep industry knowledge, J.C. guided Cineflix to produce over 350 content hours across all genres while utilizing strategic co-financing & international partnerships.
He oversaw the development slate, managed productions, worked across co-productions with Cineflix Rights and was responsible for the division's feature doc business.

In addition to his leadership at Cineflix Productions and Glass Entertainment Group, J.C. is a New York-licensed attorney with twenty years of media experience. His versatile background includes roles in global distribution sales and acquisitions at Reveille/Shine/Zodiak, content development at National Geographic, and a senior role as an unscripted packaging agent at ICM's NY office.
